Pilatus PC-24 twin jet, who's first in line????

.75?!?! Gezzz.....Not even on my slowest day.

If you are going to to fly 220kts indicated, fly a freakin' Q-400, stay 8-10,000' lower, and you'll actually save some gas and get there not too much later anyway. If you are going to fly a jet, FLY A JET!
We can technically fly at FL 320, but I'm sure we'd wait forever (being negative RVSM and all) to get there.

Some suckers try to plan us at .76 on the tracks sometime to "save gas" which it actually doesn't in a 767, on a popular track at a optimum altitude. Then since the captain wouldn't hear of asking for .80-plus, we get left low and piss out an assload of fuel.

Some dispatchers think we're the only airplane in the sky! :)

There's a section on the NOPAC orientation chart that talks about people planning to fly slower than .78 during peak hours (they don't use mach number technique). Paraphrased, it reads:

:)

Why can't everyone just fly like a G6?

No seriously, FL490 @ Mach .92... NOW THATS MY KINDA AIRPLANE

If at the end it looks something like this it will be a nice airplane. It looks like a mini Astra just like a Citation Mustang looks like.......................

Once in my life over El Monte. It was impressive.
I watched my iPad floating towards the overhead with me in the TwinBo not that long ago. Bonk. Bonk. Ouch.

On the way down, I snugged both sides of the seatbelt so tight I left some marks. The next thing I did was cancel my IFR, state I was encountering continuous, er, moderate, vacating my altitude, and turning right to get out over the water.

It may be a contender, but a game changer? Not likely. It's a 20 year old design fresh out of the gate. One thing Cessna has right is bringing an airplane to market. Conception to production is measured in 2-3 year range. I like the phenom 300 but they utterly dropped the ball in the last 10% of certification. Let Embraer design it, Cessna certify it and you would have the game changer.

The Honda jet will be lucky to surpass the phenom 100 in quality/reliability/make book numbers.

Honda is not Embraer, Cessna, Raytheon, or any other established aerospace company.

Remember, the E-collapse 500 was a game changer too. Cessna and Embraer bitch slapped them out of existence, and this after they committed engineering/production suicide.
Do you work at, or have any first-hand knowledge of what is going on in North Carolina? I agree that Cessna puts out a great product in a short time, but this is Honda's first aircraft.
And how is it a 20year old design?

You really sound like you a a chip on your shoulder... I'm curious how many of these airplanes you know so much about and are so opinionated of you have actually flown?
Honda is known for excellent build quality, and the reason the plane is taking time is because they don't want to release a POS, they want to release a solid aircraft with a bigger cabin than anything in its class.

Don't take too much time or you will end up like the horizon errr I mean 4000 err I mean 20 mil lawn ornament. If the Honda jet does what they claim it'll be just another light jet IMO (albeit the most "interesting" looking). I don't think there is a clear cut winner as to who has the best.

Most people (me included, although there was that one time over San Marcus Pass...) have not experienced severe turbulence. RTFAIM!
The opposite is annoying too! I had a trainee report turbulence that was kicking my Mountain Dew bottle out of my lap, almost up to my face as light. I don't know what turbulence intensity(if any) ques pilots to tell their FAs to sit down, but I told him "dude, some poor FA is gonna be walking around and get messed up!"
