I must have missed something somewhere....what bigger airplanes are coming on, are they. 1:1 replacement, and do you get paid more?

I bid around 35% and the lines up here, right now, are still crap. During the fall I wouldn't have held less than 16 days off a month, and now you need to bid above 25% in order to get anything more than min days off. I suspect things will get better again at some point, but right now these lines are a joke.

Also, if you're bidding weekends off, you're not doing line improvement because you'll be working. The ILIW is nice, but after 10 months of heartburn when the window opens, it's not worth it. I'd rather get my line set in the first bid and be done with it.

You don't bid anything. You are on unpaid leave of absence more than you work. Since 2007, how many hours do you actually have in the plane?
 
Does anyone know the uniform policy for new hires? Does the company pay for some of it? Is the full price on the new hire?
 
If you end up on the ERJ side, and if I remember correctly, you pay for your uniform. There is more guidance on the pipe on this issue than you'll find here.
 
You pay for your uniform. You can choose to pay for it up front or have 25 dollars a check taken out.

Yea, of the available bases, CLE would be my choice. If I am going to live in the East, might as well be near family.
