Nope, I fly this one out of SFF.You're not based out of Hailey are you?
Just curious. I know of a g1000 B200 based there and I saw BROPH as your next fix, so I though it might be you.Nope, I fly this one out of SFF.
Its kind of like American companies where there are three pilot bases (OSL, CPH, ARN) and you can live where you want and commute to work. On my flight the captain was Swedish but based in Oslo and lives there. The trip started with a deadhead for him down to CPH to do the Newark flight. The FO was Danish and lives 5 min from CPH. He said they sometimes deadhead him up to ARN for trips too. So you can be based wherever you want, regardless of nationality. The airplane registrations kinda work the same, the fleet have registrations from the three nationalities: SE-, OY-, and LN-How do the pilots of SAS work? For example does each country, have their own national pilots working those flights? For example the flight from ARN staffed by Swedes, the one from CPH staffed by Danes, etc.?
Thanks!
