Well, I definitely wouldn't go that far. We don't know anything about that pilot, or the circumstances.

This video could depict a seasoned airshow pilot with a zero-altitude card operating in waivered airspace for all we know. It's not ALWAYS indicative of the opposite end of the spectrum -- a reckless pilot who is in well above his head for his experience and equipment.

Darwin has a funny way of taking care of people like that.

I'm sure he'd prefer the guy either quit flying, or get his caca together. But it's just like people who street race - if they're not going to wise up, I would rather see them wrapped around a pole before they t-bone some innocent family.

Let's all compromise that if he wasn't a seasoned pilot and wasn't holding the zero altitude card that he should donate his aircraft to me instead of dying and ruining the plane.

Pretty sure that it's real. It would be pretty difficult to get the reflection AND shadow on the water right.
