I think I gave you a headsup on that terminal to terminal bus when you mentioned they were closing the employee lot on the top of the Blue Deck. That thing caused me to miss 3 days of work because it never showed up and I didn't make it to the credentials office before they closed at 3pm (I got to the employee lot at 1pm).

LOL, I am not moving to DTW. I'm commuting to DTW. I'm still living in paradise. :) For now at least.

Hey John, I just talked to Stace in CLE since XJT uses DTW for an ASA base we are eligible for DTW parking badges for the employee lot.
 
I'm going in on Monday to pick it up from the DTW CPO. Stace told me to spread the word for Detroit commuters.
 
You based in CLE right now? How's the drive treating you? I'm thinking about making the switch down to CLE one of these days.

I don't drive to the Cleve, I hop on a pinnacle flight. It's about 2.5 hour drive and thats a lot of gas. I actually transfer to O'Hare in June. CLE isn't really a young crowd

NNNOOOO!!!!!!!! DON'T GO TO CHICAGO!

DTW-ORD has got to be one of the worst commutes in the system. There are a ton of flights, but WAY too many commuters, and United doesn't keep the regional feed consistent to sometimes we're doing a ton of the flights, and sometimes we're not.

Go to Newark!

Ha bro chicago will be solid, my brother lives downtown so thats a free crashpad on the blue line. I got a few friends at Eagle that commute that say its ok, ill do anything to save a buck. Salie Mae has me by the balls...

Your friends at Beagle are saying that because Beagle does all the American flights between DTW and ORD and they always get priority.

Good luck! Hopefully it has somehow gotten better since I stopped doing it in August. But let me tell you man, that commute was 9 months of hell, and I'd happily go back to my old SLC-EWR commute before I did that one again.

Did you guys get DL pass travel yet? I've been told it's not bad at all to hop a ride with them from DTW-ORD.
