Yet another GoPro vid...

Ah, I guess I didn't realize you were training in it. As much as I'd love to fly it... I couldn't and wouldn't be able to afford it:P

If you had a second pilot in the right seat, how come he didn't do the radios? I don't know, reducing the workload means a lot in that airplane if you aren't very familiar with it. Your seatbelt harness could come down a little more, that looks uncomfortable on your stomach like that. Nevertheless, it is an awesome video! Interesting spot for the mount.

this wasn't a lesson. He owns the plane and was generous enough to give me a free ride in the Cirrus :)

Gotcha. I was just a little less than impressed with how he seemed to selectively manipulate the heading bug, radios, flaps, etc. Either you fly the airplane and he do all that stuff, or you do it all yourself. Don't mix and match throughout the flight, unless you ask him to. That's how things get missed. You'll find how important that is as you progress toward flying for your future employer ;)

I asked to do the radios since I'm currently working on my rating. I don't have a lot of hours in the plane so he had to show me various things especially since it was pretty much imc the whole way. I'm a standard gauge person, so I'm unfamiliar with the glass and all its bells and whistles. It does make the scan soooooo much easier though.

In an SR22 this time on an IFR flight plan. Same SR22 used in the "Flying Like The Pros" Series.

What do you guys think?

Cool vid man! I'm apologize in advance for saying this but I had a strong conviction to jump though my droid screen and punch your CFI in the face, maybe a tap out or two. The arrogant attitude he shows is ridiculous! Not a fan of glass in GA trainers but cool vid nonetheless keep it up!

That guy doesn't seem that bad at all, at least in my opinion from what I noticed. I've for sure flown with MUCH worse.

Doesn't that guy in the right seat teach an aviation class at Mt. Sac and own the Mustang that "MoSSY" runs around in?

Can't remember his name...

What system are you using to record audio? Also which model Hero are you using? Could you share your settings as well?
