This kinda thing is what I dream about:

:eek::eek::eek:

If I had that kind of money, I'd have a house like that, with a hangar full of planes, and a separate hangar full of cars\bikes.

In all honesty I really want something that goes upside down though

Stinsons. Usually those with round engines. I would settle for a 108-3 that hasn't been bastardized, because I have some plans to make it into something interesting. Would really love an SR-6, painted up how the Coast Guard had theirs in the 1930's/40's.

I love Beech 18's, but they always look a little sad with a nose wheel.

That and from what I understand they can be touchy to load or unload. If everyone heads towards the door at the same time... the airplane reverts back to a natural taildragger state.

edit: For me, I have been looking at Super Vikings lately. Trying to get a good feel for what is out there and current market value. Might have an opportunity to get one fairly cheap.

I hate you. lol Mine gave me "the look". Been wanting a B-18 for several years now, (and if the economy hadn't tanked I would have bought one by now) and this one has been completely restored with just over 500 hours on her since the restoration and it's really giving me a happy pants feeling.

Yeh, my wife is awesome. :)

I really want something a little more aerobatic than the RV. Don't want a Citab or a Decathlon as I'd like something a little more aerobatic than those, I mean, I'd take one as they're a blast to fly, but I'd LOOOOOOVE a Pitts M12, but I'm going to have to work my way into one of those. ;)

Cirrus SR22, C210, PC12. A man can dream about having more cash than knowing what to do with.

Don't get me wrong, I like the Kodiak, I just like the PC12 better and the Cirrus is more realistic.

I showed that to my girlfriend and said this will be our house when we get rich. She complained that I wanted to put a hangar in the house, but I see it as a house in the hangar.

T-28 gets me drooling pretty well
I got to fly one a few months back, I wish it could be my toy.

But realistically, I'd love something like a cirrus

C-337. Dad flew the O-2 version in Vietnam, and I've been fascinated by the design ever since.

That ad is bringing back a lot of memories. Absolutely gorgeous. IIRC, about 48 to 52 gph and 1gph oil. Talk em down 30K and put a G600 in it!
Flying at night IMC was always fun with the exhaust. It would reflect against the clouds and make you think you always on fire. Set the mixture by adjusting the foot long flame by fine tuning the grey cone in the middle.

I have no problem renting aircraft for Aerobatics. I love aircraft for lots of reasons, the biggest one though is going somewhere interesting. I love cultures, and how the geography affects them. Skiing and biking in the mountains. Farmers markets on the prairie. Plays and symphonies in metro centers. I want an aircraft that gets my family and I to those places faster, without the hassle of a plane change in KORD. There is no way I'll ever afford more than 1 aircraft at a time. More than likely the Cirrus will work best for a long long time.

Now I can't harp on any King or Prince getting an A380 and pimping it out.

I don't always fly pimp class, but when I do, it has a hot tub. Fly safe my friends.

The guy who built me a transmission for my Suburban has a very similar setup with a nice hangar under the house like this on a private air strip about 5 minute from my house. He put a car lift in 1/2 of the hangar, he likes to rebuild transmissions and engines on the side. In the other 1/2 he has an RV he's building. Very nice setup.

I'm in Proud's boat, if I ever get an airplane I will probably own one at a time. So, if I get an airplane it will be one that is capable, reliable, and affordable, and right now my dream airplane would be a Beech B58P, because if I'm carrying my family in it, likely over the mountains, I want the security of a Twin. the -P model is pressurized because whoever got the bright idea to make turbocharged aircraft capable of reaching the low flight levels without pressurization is an idiot, I realize that there's supplemental oxygen but the problem with that is A: the bends, B: Oxygen runs out/hoses can leak, and C: how can you call an airplane "comfortable" when you have to have a mask pressed in your face for the three hours enroute? the Baron also has FIKI capability. I would update the avionics to at least one, try for two WAAS equipped G430s, ADF receiver, autopilot, and if possible, I might also stick the Garmin G600 in there. Now I just need to find a spare hundred-fifty grand.

That's simple. You become a corporation, have about $1000 in assets then leverage the other 149000. Fly for 2 or 3 years, go bankrupt, start a new company, and go again.

The disturbing part is that its kinda legal to do that. And people wonder why our economy is in the sh*tter. On the other hand, if you do it more than once, your creditors might see fit to do a little veil-piercing, especially if your LLC doesn't actually do anything to generate revenue.
