I do listen to monkeys. I've been hearing the Fedex rumor too. I mean I'm heading down to MEM next week to look for a crashpad.

I'm reserve last out all this month, I might be able to run you around a little (as well as get you some descent BBQ), you will have to put up with my beard however, unless I get called in.

Sounds good Joe. The rumors I'm hearing is that we won't be stapled to the bottom, so I probably won't need a fancy crashpad since I'll probably hold a line. But I'll give you a ring if I head down there.

You know I never made it to the FlyingSaucer while I passed through MEM. I'm glad I'll get that opportunity.
 
Regardless, we need some information here from Menke boy. Even if it is some scare tactic atleast we have some general idea of what they are thinking. This rumor crap is getting out of control.

No staples. Doesn't matter too much though, all pilots will have max days off due to the new scheduling scheme.

No need for a Crashpad either. Home basing is the new norm. Well, you have to be within 2 hours of a major airport.

I really don't understand it. I think it's more pilots in general than one airline. I used to get the hairy eye from you XJ kids as well.

It also seems to be more common from the FO's than the CA's..

My CA and I were talking about this very thing in MEM this other day. We had taxi'd out behind an Acey guy. Dude must have had the FO towing the plane out front, he was going soo slow. Ground asked him if there was a problem. LOL. Well, that turned into a "What's up with these Acey guys anyway?"

I still think it comes back to the pilot in general thing. I think it was Emu who was talking about how he was getting the hairy eyeball from Skywest I think in ORD or somewhere.

Pilots. Arrogant tool bags. Especially regional FO's.. ;)

Our performance would indicate otherwise. Been a rather craptastic place to work lately. Motivation to perform is rather low right now.

Lol, I meant it more as a joke and that Lenny's is for Memphians, not transplants (why I go to Subway). I'm sure you've got the hairy eye from a few XJ guys, I've got them from the pinnacle and acey guys. It's definately as you said, pilots are arrogant tool bags with little man syndrome.

Could be worse.
