why do you hate me.You are the Vice Chair of Asshattery. If being an asshat were a trophy, you'd have retired it - like Supermarine and the Schneider Cup.

I would like to see a section (directory style maybe) for CFI's to post their availability to instruct students. That way when folks come on here wanting to know how to get started in this business, we can send them right to the CFI section. This will do a few positive things.
1. It will get the CFI's more business.
2. It will send the student directly to the CFI which means the CFI will get the entire amount that the student pays.
3. It will mean that the price that the student pays for the CFI will be more reasonable because they will not be paying a markup to some school.
4. It will be better for the students.
5. It will be better for the CFI's.
Disclaimer: I am not a CFI.

It's prob. Me, but tapatalk doesn't want to load page 1 when you select it on the top of the thread. It just loads the last page you were on, and calls it page one. Maybe a refresh problem?
Is it me or can we not go to the latest post anymore? Maybe that is part of the work in progress? I like the new setup otherwise. Keep up the hard work.
that's what I figured, I'll dig some more on my side... Maybe dump the cache and see if that fixes itTapatalk is an entirely self-contained entity and I have zero control over how it produces pages.
Did it work?Ok thank you.
Nice so far.
Color scheme is a bit much, and the background pic is extraneous.
Love the new look. I do agree with X-force and Whatusername, the color scheme is a little to much. Great job tho!
I was having trouble distinguishing each post from another, but now I see you put a blue line in between. I am all for different, it was just tough to see earlier. I think the signatures should stand out a little more. Some of these posts its hard to tell where the post is and the signature, specially if they have quotes in their sig."Too much" or just different?
Gotta have some soul to the forum, otherwise we're just yet another vBulletin install with the standard Navy Blue and a bunch of disgruntled pilots.
Two points: Some of you guys have ridiculous amounts of information in the signature.
I've added some borders to delineate between post and signature and working on moving them down further in the post bit. The "dance" I'm doing right now is that people wanted a crap-ton of information beneath their picture, which changes the flow of the message and positioning of the signature when users are "single line post"/"War and Peace Signature".
