Yep, I vote for pilotshirts.com as well. I just ordered my new captain's epaulets from there. They are sweet! All of my shirts come from there too.

As a contract pilot, I buy my own. But I made my client buy me one short sleeve, one long sleeve, and two pairs of pants when they changed the uniform on us.
...and those shoulder thingys that have stripes on them.

I really dig pilotshirts.com. They've survived a whole summer up in the north country, and are still good for another summer here in PA/MD. I will say though that their tapered shirts fit me like a tent.
Also good. Can't seem to get the tapered variety from my company though.
You flying contract for them? I just submitted my app last week (had someone walk in my resume too). Not sure if I'm terribly interested in going to work for them, but it never hurts to see what they're about. Hear any good/bad? PM if you'd like.

Have had good luck with them, great customer service thus far. "tapered pilot" fits pretty well, but order a neck size bigger than normal.

I'm pretty pale so I just had my wings, epaulets, and tie tattooed on. Saves times on short overnights.

I got mine at Tally ho. It is pretty cheap and they had a larger range of sizes than some of the others I looked at.
Where I am working right now, my company provided the bars and wings. If your comany doesn't, i'm sure you can find some online. Be sure to get 5 stripes off that bat, so your company knows you are serious... Admiral of the fleet!

Anybody have any guidance on where an oafish gorilla such as myself might procure a pilot shirt that actually fits? I've got a big neck and a pronounced V-shaped upper body. As in NFL lineman shoulders that eventually taper down into a 34" pant size. I'm currently wearing a "tapered" shirt from one of the big-name suppliers, and their 17.5 neck shirts (the smallest size I can wear with a tie and not choke to death) were apparently designed to go on somebody shaped like a bottom-heavy pear. To say it fits like a tarp does not adequately convey the degree of jackassitude involved. Anybody have a manufacturer that can help, or am I just going to have to bite the bullet and go with a tailor once I finally have some disposable income? I can look like an idiot just fine on my own without this circus tent helping out.
