Start your beaver

When I read the title....,:rotfl:

This is an all manual start. Nothing fancy. All hands on. And sometimes it takes a bit of massaging to get that thang running but in the hands of an experienced aviator, well.. you just can't beat it.

you want to see my beaver?

LORD HAVE MERCY!

That was fabulous....I think I may need a cigarette (and I don't even smoke!)

:D

just curious, is there a button that starts that beaver? Or do you need a key to get her revving?

No key. Just twist a few knobs and manipulate the right controls.

This one, 53011 went through a lot of surgery. So getting this Beaver going requires a different touch.

It must be quite exhilarating to find the right combination of pumps and strokes required to get that beaver purring like a pus...kitty early in the morning.

I bet it performs better in the morning, also, after having gotten a good nights sleep.

And that surgically enhanced one. I bet it has confidence issues, even if it is more "high performance" now. I can never understand why a beaver isn't happy with what it came from the factory with.
