I e-mailed C.S. this morning and just got a reply offering me a class date of 11/27 :rawk: pending my drug test retake.

Can someone that knows what they are doing start a "Official Waiting for Next Fiscal Year (Oct. 2010)" Thread?

Looks like we need it. When it gets up, I'll be over there. My facility had one spot for this year, and it wasn't mine. Maybe next year. :insane:

I never actually received my FedEx packet in the mail, even after calling twice.. but you can just show up a day early and go to the campus and check in and get your packet. Nothing in it is really important anyways.. nothing to fill out. All it basically says is to bring 2 forms of ID and to show up at the Security Command Center at 7am.

They must have several classes starting that day. I see you are going Enroute. I am going to Terminal (Up/Down) facility.

Maybe they throw it all together the first day?

Negative, GhostRider. The pattern is full. MG told me not before 30-45 days prior to your arrival in the OKC should you expect one.

I heard from my H.R. rep today that there are no more enroute class dates ever. There is only one terminal opening in the next twenty years, and that is OMA tower in FY2015. All current OTS hires will have a last-man-standing deathmatch to determine the winning candidate. Also, the PV has been changed to Fail/Fail.

I have a Dec 5 class date, and I got that WITH my FOL. The 1-2 week prior packet thing is just a bunch of info, it's not your FOL. I'd contact your HR person and try to get that straightened out.

I have a Nov. 4th Terminal date in OKC......still no FOL.

Got my FOL friday for my Dec. 8th. class date! Woo Hoo.

My FOL didn't look like the salaries were updated with the new contract, I thought I heard rumors about more money while in OKC.

The Academy pay isn't going up but the base AG (Academy Grad) pay is increasing on January 1st.

There are quite a few of us going to OKC 12-4 for en-route, including me, 4 are going to ZDV. The older Pubnat 3-4 thread has a lot of us listed.

I backed out of my November 05, 2009 class last week, and declined one for January (I believe it was the 21st, but I'm not positive), so there should be a few more dates out there up for grabs.

I called today to find out a class date, and since I asked for after December 31st, was told to call back the last week of November. He said he had to fill up his Nov/Dec classes first, before he could give me a Jan date.

You turned down 2 class dates?! I'm not sure what you have going on in your life but I'm prepared to be in OKC tomorrow if they call and offer.
