A prefer mine with a light dusting of cracked peppercorns, sear it in a cast-iron skilled, slice it on the bias and serve it with soft jasmine rice, harissa-dusted edamame and pickled ginger.

Baby harp seal can be a little gamey if overcooked.

Let's just say it's a lot like the single-engine rate of climb in a Piper Seminole with four passengers and full of fuel... In Prescott.... Around, say, June-ish? :) And you haven't feathered yet.

Why don't you save the money and fly around Decemberish with the prop feathered:)
